How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up on the STBL platform.
Enter your email, password, and personal details.
Verify your email address.
Complete the KYC verification (upload a government-issued ID).
Once approved, you're ready to trade!
Why do I need KYC verification?
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we require users to verify their identity before accessing full platform features.
How long does KYC approval take?
Generally Veriff approvals are immediate. Occasionally a manual approval may take 24โ48 hours, but may vary depending on verification volume.

How do I buy and sell STBL assets?
Buying: Deposit funds and choose the amount of gold- or silver-backed STBL tokens you want to purchase from the Marketplace.
Selling: Visit Sell To Us, choose a token, and confirm the sale.
P2P: Buy and sell on the P2P platform.
Can I redeem my STBL tokens for physical gold or silver?
Yes! STBL tokens are fully backed by physical gold and silver, and redemption options are available on the platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
Bank Wire Transfers
Cryptocurrency Payments (BTC, ETH)
Credit/Debit Cards (in select regions supported by Stripe)

What are the fees for trading STBL tokens?
Our fee structure includes:
Marketplace Fees: usually $.10 to $.20 per trade (may vary)
Withdrawal Fees: Wires are free. Transfers to BTC and ETH require network gas fees.
Storage Fees: Minimal fees may apply for long-term gold/silver storage. Ask about our yield program to offset storage fees.
How do I withdraw my funds?
Make sure your Profile Settings are up to date.
Fiat: Go to Wallet Portfolio โ Withdraw.
ETH/BTC: Go to Crypto Wallet Portfolio โ Withdraw.
Enter the withdrawal information and confirm the transaction.
